Lit Club -Tuesday

Every Tuesday at lunch time I participate in Lit Club.  Lit Club is where you learn about books and do tasks to get badges. At the start of the year we got given an account for this website called Bibionasium. On Bibionasium you get to do cool challenges, keep a reading log, add books to your shelf and lots more. Our Principle and her trustworthy side kick (Miss Hansen) host Lit Club. The are really fun to hang out with and both of them have a lot of comedy in them. Anyway to get a Gold, Silver or Bronze badge you need to complete tasks. For each badge they have tasks that are easy, a little bit hard and hard. So far I have got my Bronze badge and now am working on my silver badge. Here are the tasks that you need to do to acclaim the badges.

Bronze Badge: For the Bronze Badge you need to keep a daily reading log, Do an author Presentation, Complete a book review and do a quiz. It did take at least a term to finish it because sometimes Lit Club was not on which it do not bother me. This was one of the easy things to do to get the Bronze Badge.

Silver Badge: For the Silver Badge you need to keep a daily reading log, read 3 books out of a series and then review them, Do a review on google docs and then link it to a QR code, Read a book to a junior class and do 5 library duties.  Today I am going to read a book to a junior class and then next tuesday I am going to share my three books out of a series. I love working on Lit Club tasks and would love to do some more once I have achieved the Gold Badge.

Gold Badge: For the Gold Badge you need to keep a daily reading log, make your own trailer for a book that you have read, Read a book to the little kids at lunchtime in the library and take a quiz and invite other schools. I can not wait to start these tasks so I can get my Gold Badge

Have you ever been to Lit Club before?
