Break All The Rules And Win!

Ciao Bloggers!

You ever played Netball before? Rugby even? How about Hockey or Football? Well, our season of Winter Sport has now just come to a conclusion and I am here to talk about what happened in the last few games and a rap up of Winter Sport!

The last 2 games we played in Winter Sport (Netball) were such a challenge but was an amazing experience. Our second to last game was against Hillview which was super hard and challenging. (Like I said above!) We drew in every single quarter but unfortunately lost the game in the last quarter which was fine but a little disappointing. Anyway, our last game was unfortunately a bye! Uh! We weren't that sad as we had a tournament to go to the next week after that which was cool! At the end of Winter Sport, we came 5th out of the B Grade which was awesome and are very proud of ourselves for that achievement.

When the tournment day finally arrived, we played 7 different teams. Unfortunately, we lost all of them. We lost between 2 goals and 10. Each game we played, we kept getting better and better though even if we kept on losing.

I have really enjoyed playing Netball as my last year for Winter Sport and can't wait to do something like this again soon!

FYI: Please feel free to comment on this Blog Post or any others as I haven't been getting a lot lately and am getting a little sad! :(

Have you ever played a Sport for Winter Sport before?

  1. Hi Hannah,

What a catchy title to grab the reader’s attention! I thought you did a great job at explaining how your netball team went at the end of winter sport. Next time it would be great to hear about what you thought of umpiring too. I enjoy playing a lot of different sports. I have finished playing netball for the year and next term I will be playing touch rugby, squash and continuing to learn to surf.
Do you think you will play netball next year when you go to high school?
