Bonjour Bloggers!!
Today in this blog, I will be talking to you guys about... Life Ed!
Over the past couple of weeks we have had Life Ed come and visit. Life Ed is a van where we discuss topics that the teachers ask the leader of the Life Ed van to do. These couple of weeks we have been learning about what makes a good leader. We have been discussing who makes a good leader, how can they be a good leader and lots more. Then we watched a video of how it would feel like and what we would do if we were all the same and did the same things. I would hate to be the same as others! Then we had a topic and when the topic was finished we had to get into corners that we think suited us better. The fours corners were: Beavers, Otters, Lions and Labradoodles. I was a beaver. Each animal has a paragraph about it. The Beaver is tidy, hates to go and do something in the middle of tasks and more.
Later on we did a puzzle that had to connect to words. We were put into groups of four and then had to create the puzzle with the pieces. Then when we had finished we stuck it on the wall. After that we played 2 games. They were flinch and Elephant.
Elephant is where you have to do a trunk if it points to do and if the person next to you gets pointed, you have to face them and be the ear. The last one from each little three that puts up there action last has to sit down.
Flinch is where you hold our your hands and someone calls out numbers. How many numbers they call out that's how many claps you do. If they say 0 and you move you sit down. It get's harder.
After all that we got to see Harold. Harold was so excited to see us that we told us some jokes that were really funny.
It was so awesome to see Harold and can't wait for the next session to learn more about What makes a good leader
Have you ever visted Life Ed before?
